2025 Scholarship Recipients:

Dounia Bezzari and Braden Miller

TWO SFPGA Foundation Scholarships -  $30,000

New for 2026, the Foundation Board of Directors will select two high school seniors to receive $30,000 to support their college education. The funds are distributed over the course of their four-year education.


The 2026 Scholarship will open on January 5, 2026

ELIGIBILITY 


To qualify, applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:


  1. Be a high school senior at the time of application.
  2. Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
  3. Be a permanent resident of one of these Florida counties:
  • Broward
  • Charlotte
  • Collier
  • Glades
  • Hendry
  • Indian River
  • Lee
  • Martin
  • Miami-Dade
  • Monroe
  • Okeechobee
  • Palm Beach
  • St. Lucie


AND meet at least ONE of the following criteria:


  • Currently employed in the golf industry.
  • Have a parent or grandparent who is employed in or retired from the golf industry. This includes roles such as PGA/LPGA professionals, superintendents, sales representatives, club employees, or club managers.
  • Have participated in SFPGA Foundation outreach programs, such as:
  • SFPGA Junior Tour (current or past member)
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Smiling Fore Life
  • PGA HOPE
  • 10ALL In Camp
