The 2017 Senior Series events are a three-tournament series held during the summer months and proudly supported by Global Golf Sales. Outside of today's event, the format consists of an 18-hole individual stroke play competition featuring two separate age divisions (50-69 and 70+). There is a separate contest for a blind team draw in a four-ball stroke play format, along with an individual skins game. The 50-69 age division competes under the OMEGA Senior Player of the Year point structure while the 70 and Over division play under the Super Senior Player of the Year point structure. The South Florida PGA would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to PGA Director of Golf Bill Friesing at Country Club of Coral Springs and his staff for their support of this event. We would also like to recognize Steve Sponder and Global Golf Sales for their support with this year's Senior Series program. The next Senior Series event is scheduled for Friday, September 15 at Hammock Bay in Naples.
