Jenny Suh Thompson, PGA and Tim Cantwell, PGA Set to Compete on National Stages
June 22 – Jenny Suh Thompson, PGA and Tim Cantwell, PGA have earned a spot in this week's KPMG Women's PGA Championship and U.S. Senior Open, respectively.
Jenny Suh Thompson, PGA and Tim Cantwell, PGA have earned a spot in this week's KPMG Women's PGA Championship and U.S. Senior Open, respectively.
A PGA teaching professional and membership director at The Dye Preserve, Suh Thompson is one of nine PGA/LPGA Professionals competing at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Md. She qualified in February after sixth in the PGA Women's Stroke Play Championship. This marks her second KPMG Women's PGA Championship appearance.
In 2020, Suh Thompson won the inaugural SFPGA Women's Section Championship. From 2011-'15, Suh Thompson played intermittently on the LPGA Tour.

Meet the PGA/LPGA Professionals in the KPMG Women's PGA Championship Field
Cantwell, a PGA teaching professional at PGA National Resort and Spa, will take the stage in the 42nd U.S. Senior Open on Thursday at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pa.
Cantwell was the first alternate after carding a 69 at the qualifying event at Hidden Glen Golf Club in Cedarburg, Wis. in May.
He recently competed in the 2022 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship where he posted a round one 77 and second round 75. This is Cantwell's first U.S. Senior Open appearance.
