Austin Davenport, PGA and Hiroshi Matsuo, PGA of The Dye Preserve Club Win Yamaha Junior-Senior Championship

Austin Davenport, PGA and Hiroshi Matsuo, PGA of The Dye Preserve Golf Club carded an 11-under 61 to win the Yamaha Junior-Senior Championship at PGA National Resort & Spa - Champions Course.
 
Davenport and Matsuo combined for 9 birdies and an eagle on 10, including four consecutive birdies on the back nine. The duo from The Dye Preserve Golf Club edged out fellow competitors Connor O’Dell, PGA and Rick Gomes, PGA from Trump National Golf Club of Jupiter by a single stroke.
 
The Yamaha Junior-Senior Championship is an 18 hole team stroke play competition where PGA Professionals from across south Florida team up with a senior PGA member (age 50 and up).
 
The Junior-Senior Championship is presented by Yamaha and supported by Ahead USA, Cutter & Buck, Global Golf Sales and Srixon/Cleveland/XXIO/Asics.
