Crane Watch at Evergreen Hosts Second Challenge Tour Event of the Season

Eighty SFPGA Challenge Tour players took to Crane Watch at Evergreen this weekend for another two-day event. 

 

Wylie Inman of North Palm Beach and Andrew Tsar of Palm Beach Gardens were tied at even-par after round one. Aided by three birdies, Inman posted an even-par second round to win the boys 13-18 division. Finishing six strokes behind Inman was Aiden Arce of Davie. After a tough first round, Arce fought back to card an even-par second round. 

 

Sofia Cherif Essakali of Miami claimed the girls 13-18 division after carding a 73 and a 75 to go four-over for the tournament. In second, Christiana Lee Marcellus recorded a six-over 152 with three total birdies. 

 

Cooper Foegen of Hobe Sound won the boys 11-12 division after shooting an impressive two-day total of 139 to go five-under-par. Foegen carded a total of 10 birdies, seven of which occurred during his first round. Following Foegen for a second-place finish was Jessy Huebner of Port St. Lucie. Huebner shot three-under for the tournament with 141 total strokes and carded five birdies over the two days of play.
