The South Florida PGA serves only as an agent for the participants in all matters relating to travel and assumes no responsibility for any delay, change in schedule, injury arising in connection with the services to participants. Airlines and hotel(s) concerned are not held responsible, act omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. The passenger in contract in use by the Airline(s) concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of this tour and/or passengers. The right is reserved to withdraw any program in this folder and/or make such changes in the program as may be found desirable for the conveyances of the parties and the proper carrying out of the program

 All components of this trip are subject to change at the sole discretion of the event organizer based on the excuse of performance situations beyond the control of the event organizer and/or the golf facility, hotel, airline, and any other vendor that is providing services for the group. All participants hold the event organizer harmless for any changes or cancellation that may occur for events beyond the control of the event organizer.
